- Error message when hit F11 key: Error Type #13 mismatch was trapped in form
SV1. Could not open Calendar. NASM log = attachment.
A1.1 Select My Computer, control panel, regional settings and then date.
Next under the short date, select m/d/yy. Then under the long date select
dddd, MMMM dd, yyyy. Then restart your computer. Screen saver Calendar feature
should now work.
Q1.2 Do the National Air and Space Museum VI and the Civil War VI run on Windows XP?
A1.2 Yes, both software packages work on Windows XP. The Screen savers have both been tested on the XP Platform.
Section IV - Macintosh Answers
Q2.1 The anti-virus software runs anytime
the TROA screen saver initializes.
A2.1 Un-install the Screen saver( move the installed version
from the control panel folder to the trash and then empty the trash). Turn
off the anti-virus software temporarily. Restart the computer. Once the computer
has been restarted, re-install the TROA screen saver of your choice. Then
restart the computer, let the screen saver initialize. Once this has been
completed and is working then turn the Anti-virus software back on and restart
the computer, this should alleviate the issue.
Q2.2 After un-installing the National Air and Space Screen saver, the Aware Concepts Logo still flashes across the screen after the allotted time for the Screen saver to start.
A2.2 The screen saver was un-installed properly. To un-install the screen saver, Drag the Screen saver to the trash (or select move to trash from the menu) and then empty the trash can. Once this is done you MUST restart the computer to have the change to take affect. The system will still use the options in memory (which has the screen saver active) until the computer has been restarted. This should alleviate the issue.
